Based in the Midwest (Milwaukee/Chicago). Available for travel worldwide, anywhere, anytime. Constantly framing shots in my mind, I observe the beauty of light. I collect moments that are part of a larger whole. Exploration and curiosity drive my work as an artist and photographer. I specialize in editorial portrait and commercial photography and many other forms including lifestyle, corporate, food, and travel. I have a BFA in painting, and over twenty years of experience as a photographer. Whether I’m one-on-one with a farmer in the orchard or working with a team in the studio, my goal is to bring a unique vision to the project. Inspirations: mountain views, southwest desert air, finding magic in the ordinary, and getting my hands dirty in a garden. Interests include: cheese (all dairy products in general), plant hoarding, postcard collecting, reading Bon Appétit Magazine, and and giving belly rubs to my blue heeler rescue dog, Hattie.
